The 1313S 13" x 13" x 1.5" powder painted super heavy steel base weighing 73 pounds forms the foundation of the stand. The base is provided with two handles to facilitate lifting its massive weight. This base was designed to provide the maximum stability and some measure of portability.

The swing articulating arm is capable of a maximum extension of 27.5". This arm articulates at four pivot points. Each pivot may be locked individually. This arm is excellent for applications where the stand will be placed near a wall or the arm can't extend past the vertical column.
